After welcoming you to our clinic, one of our clinicians will ask a few questions to get a better understanding of the health of your ears. Then they will examine your outer ear, followed by your ear canals and ear drums using a video otoscope. Pictures and videos from this examination can be directly passed to your GP or ENT if needed. If wax removal is needed, the clinician will discuss this with you and once you have signed to consent, video otoscope and microsuction will be used to gently remove any excess wax from your ear. If a follow up appointment is needed, your clinician will discuss this with you before you leave.
